Hello my dear sewing friends & fashionistas,
This weekend we’ll probably be enjoying the last rays of summer sunshine here in the north. Of course, we as a family will definitely go back to our country estate aka allotment garden, where we will happily clear our hedge of weeds and end the evening with a glass of wine. Of course, the self-sewn silk jumpsuit is not worn when working in the garden, but rather when we receive visitors in our small but very cozy arbor. I fell madly in love with the Italian Maiolica print years ago and was even more thrilled when I finally discovered the silk in a fabric store. A few weeks later, I accidentally came across the matching shoes from Dolce & Gabbana (at an absolutely unbeatable price in the SALE). It seemed like the last couple was just waiting for me. 😉 I just had to grab it. Even when the wedges are not on my feet, the shoes delight our home with their loving design.
