OMR 5050: Present on all stages of the OMR Festival
Equality, diversity and inclusion have long been among the central challenges for companies and society. At the OMR Festival on May 5th and 6th, 2026 in Hamburg, these topics will not be treated in isolation, but will be part of the entire program. OMR 5050 is therefore represented on various stages and consciously focuses on visibility across the entire audience.
In keynotes, panels and interviews, perspectives on topics such as news fluencing, mental health, female finance and social media dynamics will be discussed. The focus is on the question of what role equality plays in a rapidly changing digital and economic reality. All OMR 5050 stage slots on both days will be presented by Lexware – a company committed to equal opportunities and supporting diverse founding teams.

Keynotes and panels on equality
The highlights that have already been announced include the keynote by Isabelle Gardt, Managing Director at OMR and initiator of OMR 5050. In her keynote “Gender In_Equality 2026” she analyzes where equality stands today and why progress cannot be taken for granted.
The influence of social platforms is also in focus. In the interview, journalist Alexandra Zykunov will discuss new narratives and old clichés and the question “What does AI and social media do to our role models?” answer. It classifies current figures, studies and connections and illuminates how these contents influence political attitudes, social developments and the understanding of gender roles.
Entrepreneur Aya Jaff provides a look at power structures in the tech world. Her keynote “When Founders Became Kings” is about the growing power of the tech elite and how it can simultaneously drive innovation and slow it down.
In addition, visitors can also expect exciting topics such as female finance, loneliness in the digital age and news fluencing.
Every year again: OMR 5050 founder pitch
This year too, the OMR 5050 Founders Pitch brings the best startups to the stage. They pitch their business models, ideas and visions to the experts Verena Pausder and Lea-Sophie Cramer.
Lexware supports the pitch as the main partner and is committed to greater support for diverse founding teams. “The founder pitch is a unique opportunity to make innovative startups visible and give them real tailwind,” says Christian Steiger, Managing Director of Lexware.
