For the first time in the refurbished store: the MacBook Pro M5
The MacBook Pro M5 always has a screen diagonal of 14 inches. Larger models rely on the M5 Pro or M5 Max. The cheapest version is available in silver or black for 1,519 euros in the refurbished store. It is equipped with 16 gigabytes of RAM and a 512 gigabytes SSD. This is interesting because the offshoots of the MacBook Pro available in the regular online store now all have an SSD of at least 1 terabyte. Apple also offers a few other variants, for example with nano-texture glass, 24 or 32 gigabytes of RAM and an SSD of up to 4 terabytes. Of course, Cupertino cites the RRP as a reference price: The MacBook Pro M5 with 16 gigabytes of RAM and 1 terabyte of storage costs 1,899 euros in the online store. Apple charges 1,629 euros for this configuration for a general overhaul. With the education discount it is 1,789 euros.
The prices at other dealers are quite competitive, although new devices are even available there. Amazon wants just under 1,679 euros for the model mentioned above.

iPad 11 and iPad Pro M4 completely overhauled
The iPad without the name suffix, which is now also available in the Apple Refurbished Store, is more attractive in price. The cheapest variant with 128 gigabytes of storage costs 319 euros. Anyone considering purchasing should know that Apple is rumored to have a successor that is compatible with Apple Intelligence in the coming weeks or months. The iPad Pro M4 is now also available from Apple with a general overhaul: the basic version with 256 gigabytes of memory costs 839 euros.
