Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email regarding payments and transactions.
- Assist buyers and sellers with transaction-related inquiries and concerns.
- Manage customer support tickets through Zendesk and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow documented processes and guidelines available in Confluence.
- Coordinate with internal teams through Slack to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
Tools & Platforms: Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, and Stripe.
Shift Requirements
Positions are available for 12-hour shift operations with 7-day coverage and 24/7 operational coverage. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including weekends and rotational shifts as required.
