Midas
+++ New York investor RRE Ventures, Creandum, Framework Ventures, HV Capital, Ledger Cathay, Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, M1 Capital, Anchorage Digital, FJ Labs, North Island Ventures and GSR are investing $50 million in Midas. The Berlin startup, founded in 2024 by Dennis Dinkelmeyer, Fabrice Grinda and Romain Bourgois, relies on the tokenization of assets. “These offer investors complete transparency, instant liquidity and native interoperability within DeFi protocols such as Morpho and Pendle,” says the team. Framework Ventures, BlockTower, HV Capital and Co. previously invested $8.75 million in the company. More about Midas
TerraSpark
+++ The French investor Daphni, better ventures, Hans(wo)men Group, LBAN – Luxembourg Business Angel Network, Karaoke Club and other business angels are investing 5.4 million euros in TerraSpark. The startup, founded in Luxembourg in 2025 by Tradler founder Jasper Deprez, Sanjay Vijendran, who most recently worked at ESA, and Tier Mobility founder Matthias Laug, relies on Space-Based Solar Power (SBSP) and thus on solar energy from space. “The financing will be used to further develop the technology and prepare for initial pilot applications and live tests,” says the team. Delta Labs
+++ The Essen investor Cusp Capital and the Berlin female lender Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund are investing 4.4 million euros in Delta Labs. The startup from Zurich, founded in 2023 by Anne Scherer and Cindy Candrian, offers an AI-based platform for predicting customer behavior. “Our platform, Elaiia, generates calibrated synthetic populations (“AI twins”) that simulate how audiences will respond to decisions, powered by our global population models and enriched with first-party data when available,” it says about the concept. +++ The business angel consortium Angels United and Bernhard Klemen’s BKIemen investment company are investing a seven-figure sum in GuardAero – see brutkasten. DefenseTech from Graz, founded in 2025 by Lukas Kerschdorfer and Clemens Bader, relies on “an autonomous protection solution that detects, tracks and neutralizes drones”.

+++ Unnamed investors are investing a six-figure sum in ViaThermo – see Trending Topics. The Viennese startup, founded in 2024, positions itself as an “expert for home technology in your own home” – including a self-service model. The team particularly wants to “support families in the implementation of their own home through technical expertise”. Specifically, it is about “transparent planning and flexible offering models for heating & heat, bathroom & plumbing, ventilation & air conditioning as well as electrical engineering & photovoltaics”.
