We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support front desk operations, insurance verification, patient communication, appointment scheduling, and other administrative healthcare tasks.
Role & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant
- Knowledge of PPO, Commercial, Medicaid & Medicare insurance
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing portals
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with TherapyNotes is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
