Hello everyone, long knitted sweaters are always fashionable and belong in every well-stocked wardrobe. They can be combined in an incredibly versatile way, sometimes appear casual, sometimes feminine – and are a real blessing, especially in the transitional period. Today I’m wearing one of my absolute favorite pieces during the transition from winter to spring, a phase in which you’re freezing in the morning and enjoying the first warm rays of sunshine in the afternoon.
What I particularly like about this long sweater is its oversized, cozy fit. It feels almost more like a cozy knitted dress and envelops you in a pleasantly soft way. The simple round neckline makes it incredibly easy to combine, as you can easily style a blouse underneath – a small detail that immediately brings a special, elegant touch to the outfit. Today I decided on my new bow blouse in a fine dot design. The playful print peeks out from the collar and gives the simple knitted look a surprising highlight. It’s exactly these little fashionable accents that I love because they turn even a basic piece like a long sweater into something individual. The soft nude color of my knit dress is perfect for this time of year. It looks bright and friendly, suitable for the first days of spring, and yet the material keeps you pleasantly warm – ideal when the wind is blowing stronger or the temperatures are not quite spring-like yet. I combined the outfit with elegant ankle boots, which give the look a nice structure, and a sophisticated bag, which gives the overall look a stylish touch. This creates a great alternative to summer dresses, which quickly look too fresh on cooler days. This ensemble is feminine, warm and yet light – just right for changeable transitional days. Overall, the outfit just feels feel-good – a look that makes you feel safe, chic and ready for whatever the day brings. The perfect companion for the time between seasons!
