Monument Valley is undoubtedly one of the most famous mobile games ever. There are several reasons for this: The game is lovingly designed and accompanies a young girl through an architecture inspired by MC Escher with surrealistic features. The fact that the protagonist of the TV series also caused a boost in popularity House of Cards plays the title on his tablet. The first and second parts of the series cost 3.99 euros each in the App Store, the expansion for part one (Forgotten Shores) costs 1.99 euros. If you are interested in the titles but don’t want to pay for them, you can take a look at the Epic Games Store: Both games basically cost the same, but they are available for free as part of a limited-time promotion.


In order to obtain the two puzzle games free of charge on the iPhone or iPad, users must allow alternative app marketplaces and download the Epic Games Store. This is currently only possible in the EU. The promotion is valid until January 1st. By the way, the third part was available exclusively on Netflix for six months. The game now also appears in the App Store: The first two chapters are included in the free download, for the full version you have to pay 6.99 euros to the developers and Apple.
