Both MacRumors and 9to5Mac are now reporting that there are references to iOS 26.4.1 in their access statistics. The update and the corresponding macOS counterpart should therefore not take too long to arrive and may address the bugs mentioned above. The Studio Display XDR also received approval from the US FDA for the “Medical Imaging Calibrator”. This ensures that radiologists can view diagnostic images directly on the monitor. According to Apple, the function will be added this week, which makes a timely update to iOS, macOS and other platforms likely. Cupertino will probably also release firmware updates for the new Studio Display and Studio Display XDR monitors.
Strange note in app updates
