Nokhba.AI is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Implementation and Onboarding Specialist to help B2B customers successfully adopt its AI-powered HR technology platform. Based in Lahore, this remote role supports customers from initial onboarding through platform adoption, ensuring they understand the product, workflows, and capabilities needed to achieve their recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new B2B customers.
- Understand customer requirements and configure appropriate onboarding plans.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and platform walkthroughs.
- Coordinate account setup, data requirements, integrations, and implementation activities.
- Create onboarding timelines and ensure implementation milestones are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to resolve challenges.
- Monitor customer progress, adoption, activation, time-to-value, and onboarding completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and develop onboarding guides, training materials, FAQs, and standard processes.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities internally.
- Conduct post-implementation follow-ups and help improve scalable onboarding processes as the customer base grows.
