Compensation
$300/month base salary after closing your first paying client within your first week. If you don’t close a client that week, there is no base salary for that period, but you still earn commission on deals you close. First closed deal: 50% of our profit split. Every deal after: 30% of our profit split. High-ticket deals can offer $1,000–$10,000+ in commission, depending on deal size and profitability. No fixed salary from the start — this is performance-based.
