Birchys Berlin Tours arranges accommodation, transport, and guided services on behalf of clients. Certain services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure group reservations. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at confirmation.
Cancellation by Client
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 90 days before arrival: Deposit non-refundable.
- 89-60 days before arrival: 50% of total confirmed services.
- 59-30 days before arrival: 75% of total confirmed services.
- 29 days or less before arrival: 100% of total confirmed services.
Reduction in group size
Prices are based on the confirmed number of participants. If the group size decreases, the total price may be recalculated according to supplier minimums and occupancy requirements.
Third Party Services
Accommodation, transport, and certain services are operated by independent suppliers. Their specific cancellation policies and conditions may apply and may override the above terms where applicable.
Name Changes
Participant name changes are permitted up to 14 days before arrival at no charge, subject to accommodation and transport provider policies.
Force Majeure
Birchys Berlin Tours shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
