Hours: 40 hours per week
Monthly pay: approximately PKR 73,000 (£200 equivalent), paid in full, no deductions. I cover transfer fees.
I’m Shubho, a London-based content creator working with restaurants, bars and hospitality brands. I’m looking for a video editor based in Pakistan to help turn my footage into short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
The work
- Edit food, restaurant and hospitality footage into short-form videos.
- Build clean edits with good pacing, music, sound design and colour correction.
- Add captions or text where needed, and make changes based on feedback.
- Keep footage and project files organised and hand over editable projects alongside final exports.
What I’m looking for
- A portfolio showing your own short-form editing work. Food or hospitality examples are a bonus.
- Adobe Premiere Pro experience is highly desirable.
- An eye for timing and detail, and the ability to follow a style reference.
- Clear communication, reliable delivery and a willingness to take feedback.
- Your own editing setup and a reliable internet connection.
Junior and early-career editors are welcome. Your work matters more than a degree or a set number of years’ experience.
Working hours
This is a 40-hour-per-week role. You don’t need to work entirely on UK hours, but some agreed overlap each working day is needed for communication and feedback. We’ll agree the schedule together.
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete one short, unpaid trial edit. The brief and time limit will be agreed in advance.
