+++ GET Fund, PI Impact, WaVe-X, as well as the existing investors SET Ventures, Picus Capital and Realyze Ventures are investing 10 million euros in Fuchs & Eule. The startup from Berlin, founded in 2021 as Valyria by buyer portal maker Robin Behlau, Tobias Frese, Lina Adrian, Friso Zimmermann and Matthias Kube, positions itself as a “digital energy partner for the real estate industry”. The fresh capital should flow into the “expansion of the digital business model”. 70 employees currently work for the young company. In recent years, around 17 million have already flowed into Fuchs & Eule. SET Ventures most recently held around 16% of the company. More about Fox & Owl
ValueGrain
+++ Bernhard Schadeberg, managing partner of the Krombacher Brewery, and Joachim Friedsch, owner of the pump manufacturer Fristam Pumpen, are investing up to 3.3 million euros in ValueGrain. The valuation (post-money) was 10.3 million). The startup from Hamburg, founded in 2024 by Tim Gräsing, Marten Schmidt and Janosch Thomsen, uses spent grain from beer production to make plant-based food ingredients. The startup’s upcycling technology transforms brewery byproducts into nutrient-rich raw materials for more sustainable and circular food production. More about ValueGrain

+++ The Bonn investor High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), Techstars and business angels are investing 1.3 million in auxilius.ai. The startup from Unterföhring near Munich, founded in 2025 by Christian Hoppe and James Barnes, positions itself as an “AI-native platform for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)”. The startup’s platform translates guidelines and control requirements into executable test rules and supports companies in implementing and documenting internal controls. +++ The Bonn investor High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) is investing a seven-figure sum in reverse.fashion. The startup from Berlin, founded in 2024 by Mario Osterwalder, Karsten Pufahl and Paul Doertenbach, is developing AI-based software for the automated sorting of used textiles. KISORA, H&M Group and Co. previously invested a six-figure sum in reverse.fashion. H&M held around 6% of the company before the investment round. More about reverse.fashion
Additive marking
+++ butterfly & elephant, the investment company of GS1 Germany, is investing an undisclosed sum in additive marking. The startup from Paderborn, founded in 2018 by Ulrich Jahnke, Matthias Habdank and Philipp Alexander Bornefeld, integrates machine-readable identification codes directly into 3D printed components. Tourlane – Lambus
+++ The Berlin package tour growup Tourlane is taking over the Osnabrück startup Lambus, an “all-in-one travel app” founded in 2019. “We have been partnering for years and it was the logical next step to work even closer together in the future,” says the Lambus team about the takeover. Tourlane, founded in 2016 by Julian Boots and Julian Weselek, arranges “tailor-made dream trips” in the higher price segment. In recent years, 100 million euros have already flowed into the travel growup – including from Sequoia Capital, Target Global and HV Capital. More about Tourlane
