Bali-Tech is an Islamabad-based information technology and services firm delivering digital solutions to organizations in Pakistan and international markets. We are seeking a Final Expense (FE) Closer / Verifier to support a client-facing insurance sales operation by guiding prospective customers through final expense coverage discussions and verifying application details accurately.
In this role, you will communicate with interested prospects, explain relevant plan features in a clear and responsible manner, help customers complete the enrollment process, and confirm that submitted information is complete and consistent. You will contribute to a professional customer experience while meeting individual and team quality and performance expectations.
- Conduct sales conversations with prospective customers about final expense insurance options and respond to questions.
- Assess customer needs and present suitable coverage information without making unsupported promises.
- Close qualified opportunities by clearly explaining next steps and assisting customers through application completion.
- Verify application details, identity and required disclosures for accuracy and completeness.
- Document customer interactions and follow-up actions in the designated systems.
- Follow approved scripts, privacy requirements, compliance procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve application discrepancies and support smooth processing.
- Work toward established conversion, verification accuracy and customer service targets.
This position is based in Islamabad and is suited to a persuasive, detail-oriented professional who can balance sales outcomes with transparent communication and careful verification.
