Aliff Solutions is hiring experienced English and Urdu Language Instructors for an on-site, contractual, full-time assignment with an international institutional organization in Islamabad.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Islamabad | On-site | Full-time

Must Have

• Master’s degree in English/Urdu, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Education, TESOL, or a related field. Candidates with 7+ years of adult teaching experience may be considered without the relevant qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience teaching adults (18+), including small-group and one-to-one instruction.
• Experience teaching non-native adult learners.
• Ability to develop lesson plans, conduct assessments, placement testing, and individualized training plans.
• Knowledge of ILR, CEFR or ACTFL proficiency frameworks.
• Urdu role: Native/near-native Urdu, full Urdu script literacy and strong grammar.
• English role: Native/near-native English with professional communication skills.
• Must reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, be legally authorized to work in Pakistan, and pass client background/site-access requirements.
