MIAMI, June 1, 2026 — Antigua & Barbuda brought the vibrant energy of the Caribbean’s Greatest Summer Festival to South Florida during the fourth annual Food, Wine & Fete (FWF 2026), held on May 16 at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park in Miami. The premier all-inclusive Caribbean beachside Soca fete attracted more than 1,500 guests, including members of the Caribbean diaspora, media representatives, tastemakers, food enthusiasts, and culture lovers, for an evening celebrating Caribbean cuisine, music, and heritage.

Presented by the Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority and the Antigua & Barbuda Festivals Commission, the destination transformed part of the festival into an immersive preview of Antigua Carnival 2026scheduled for July 25 through August 4 under the theme “Feel the Rhythm.” Guests were welcomed into a vibrant Antigua & Barbuda-branded experience featuring English Harbor Rum cocktails, custom festival drinkware, colorful Carnival costumes, and interactive photo opportunities that highlighted the culture and excitement of the twin-island nation.

One of the most popular attractions of the evening was the destination’s sponsorship of the festival’s signature Carnival Wings step-and-repeat activation. Inspired by the dramatic feathers and artistry associated with Caribbean Carnival culture, the installation became a focal point for photographs and social media content as attendees lined up to pose with Antigua & Barbuda’s Carnival ambassadors.

At the heart of the activation stood Antigua & Barbuda’s fully branded destination bar, featuring English Harbor RumAntigua’s internationally acclaimed premium rum. The celebration concluded with a dramatic drone show by LunaLite Drone Show, illuminating the Miami skyline with formations of the Antigua & Barbuda flag and the Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority logo. The display provided a memorable finale and reinforced the destination’s strong presence throughout the festival.
