Job Overview:
Garland Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and business-oriented candidates for the position of Distribution & Business Development Manager in Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, and Gujranwala.
The selected candidates will be responsible for developing beverage distribution networks, identifying potential distributors, building relationships with wholesalers and retailers, and expanding sales opportunities in their assigned cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and appoint distributors and sub-distributors in the assigned city.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and shopkeepers.
- Explore new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Evaluate distributor potential, delivery capacity, and market reach.
- Coordinate with the sales team and call center for order processing and deliveries.
- Monitor stock availability, repeat orders, payments, and distributor performance.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare monthly distribution and sales growth plans.
