This full-time, on-site role suits motivated, communication-oriented candidates who can assist clients confidently and contribute to a positive service experience. Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally through assigned call center channels.
- Listen carefully to understand client needs and provide clear, accurate information.

- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate, organized service notes.
- Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
