At the same time, CodeWeavers is eliminating 32-bit support, although this does not affect the programs themselves, but rather the “bottles”. In CrossOver, a “bottle” is a closed Windows environment in which programs with their own settings, libraries and runtime components are installed. Anyone who still uses corresponding environments will have to move their Windows programs or games to new 64-bit bottles. macOS Sonoma is also considered the minimum requirement, although CodeWeavers documents that only three percent of users are using older systems.
WhatsApp “Multi Account” is being expanded to iOS
Thanks to multi-user support, WhatsApp users will now be able to manage two WhatsApp accounts within the same app without having to switch to WhatsApp Business or a second device. What has been possible on Android for some time is now also available on the iPhone. The function has been in testing for months via the official beta channel and will now gradually reach all users.
You can check whether the function is already activated in WhatsApp under the personal settings in the “Account” area. The new “Add Account” option appears there for supported accounts. Once set up, you can switch between accounts directly within WhatsApp. If you don’t see anything about the option described, then a little patience is simply required – activation is staggered and not for everyone at the same time.
