Pinnacle Construction is a Karachi-based construction company specializing in high-end interior fit-outs, residential projects, and industrial construction. We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to coordinate daily site activities and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, labor teams, and site activities according to project schedules.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions and coordinate execution on site.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, measurements, and progress to maintain required quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients regarding daily requirements and site issues.
- Maintain site records, progress updates, material usage reports, and attendance information.
- Enforce health, safety, housekeeping, and access procedures across the construction site.
- Identify delays, defects, or resource constraints and support timely corrective action.
