The Caribbean Tourism Organization has appointed Norris Clement as Deputy Director of Professional Services. Bringing more than 30 years of experience in human resource development and tourism service excellence, Clement will lead regional workforce development, training, and professional advancement initiatives under the organization’s Reimagine Plan across Caribbean member destinations.
