Cosa Nostra is a Lahore-based restaurant serving Italian-inspired cuisine, coffee, and signature dishes in a contemporary dining setting. We are seeking a friendly, dependable Barista to prepare quality beverages and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, tea, and other menu beverages to consistent quality standards.
- Welcome guests, explain beverage options, take orders accurately, and provide courteous service during busy periods.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment; keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe handling procedures throughout each shift.
- Monitor beverage supplies, communicate replenishment needs, and support stock rotation.
- Coordinate with restaurant colleagues to ensure timely service and a smooth guest experience.
- Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and refer issues to a supervisor when needed.
This is an on-site role at Cosa Nostra’s Lahore location. The Barista will contribute to the restaurant’s commitment to quality food, memorable hospitality, and a polished dining experience.
