Ace Auditing Offices LLC is an Abu Dhabi-based audit and accounting firm serving clients in the UAE and wider GCC. ProfVAT is our sister firm. We are hiring a Pakistan-based Audit Executive to support audit work with our remote team.
The role
You will help move audit engagements from records and testing through clear working papers and draft financial statements, working closely with senior reviewers. The role calls for accuracy, ownership and timely communication across a remote team.
What you will do
- Perform audit testing, vouch transactions and reconcile balances against ledgers, schedules and supporting records.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers, lead schedules, tie-outs and review-ready documentation.
- Assist with draft financial statements and disclosures under IFRS, with senior review.
- Use Excel to review data, identify variances and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
- Coordinate with colleagues and client contacts on audit requests, open points and deadlines.
- Apply awareness of UAE/GCC reporting and VAT matters where relevant, and flag issues for review.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of hands-on audit experience. Experience with UAE or other GCC clients is strongly preferred.
- A B.Com degree or equivalent commerce qualification, plus sound accounting fundamentals, working knowledge of IFRS and strong Excel skills.
- Clear written and spoken communication; able to manage deadlines and document work carefully.
- A proactive, adaptable team player who is comfortable working remotely.
- Progress toward ACCA, CA or a comparable qualification is an advantage, not a requirement.
Working arrangement and pay
Fully remote, based anywhere in Pakistan. Working hours are 8:30 AM-5:30 PM PKT (9:00 AM-6:00 PM IST), Monday-Saturday; Sunday off. Compensation is PKR 95,000 per month, all-inclusive.
