Alpine May Bowl, or Alpine Maibowleis a fresh, sparkling wine punch with a gentle herbal twist. White wine gives it a crisp base, Almdudler adds alpine inspired sweetness and bubbles, while apple slices and mint make the whole bowl feel bright, fragrant, and refreshing.
This is where Austria meets the German May punch tradition. Instead of the classic Waldmeister-Bowle, this version leans into Almdudler, apples, and fresh herbs for a drink that feels modern but still very much at home on a spring table.
Serve this Alpen-Maibowle for Maifest celebrations, spring brunches, outdoor dinners, and summer entertaining.
