Accusations against Rocket Internet: Startup investments deliberately undervalued?

Rocket Internet is said to have deliberately set the valuations of its startup investments too low in order to buy out its own shareholders cheaply. The minority shareholder, the stock corporation Scherzer & Co, is accusing the company of billionaire Oliver Samwer of this, as the “Financial Times” (FT) reports.
