Thank you very much for this great recipe! That’s an incredibly delicious combination, I definitely have to try the pear and Roquefort.
I love how the Comté cheese on top is gratinated so beautifully golden brown. A really good, sharp grater is worth its weight in gold to make the cheese so fine.
I recently found mine (a square grater) at www.karaca.com.de and am super happy with it. May I ask what kind of cheese grater you like to use?
