Job Responsibilities:

1. Software Support

Install, configure and maintain company software.

Troubleshoot software-related issues.

Manage data, system updates and user support.

1. Hardware Support

Install and maintain desktop computers, laptops and printers.

Troubleshoot hardware problems.

Manage computer accessories and IT equipment.

1. CCTV Systems

Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras.

Manage DVR/NVR systems.

Troubleshoot camera and recording issues.

Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper functioning.

1. Networking

Install and maintain LAN/WAN networks.

Configure routers, switches and Wi-Fi systems.

Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues.

Maintain network security and connectivity.

Candidate Requirements:

Practical experience in all four areas: Software, Hardware, CCTV and Networking.

Ability to independently handle daily IT operations.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and management skills.

Responsible, punctual and hardworking.

Position: Full-Time
Location: Orangi Town, Karachi
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
