Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, budgeting, quantity estimation, and financial control. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction works, BOQs, tendering, and cost management, along with the ability to conduct regular site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Analyze project costs and prepare financial reports.
- Evaluate contractor bills, progress payments, and final accounts.
- Verify invoices, variations, and subcontractor claims.
- Identify cost risks and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Preparing work methodologies.
- Taking final measurements of the sites, preparing invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and project costs.
