DigiTechSoul is a new venture. We are hiring an Upwork & Freelancer Bidder to help grow our client pipeline by identifying relevant project opportunities and preparing persuasive, tailored proposals. This role is suited to a proactive communicator who understands how to present digital services clearly and professionally to prospective clients. This is a remote position, but the candidate needs to attend meetings by appearing physically whenever called.
Responsibilities include:
- Research listings and identify projects on UPWORK & FREELANCER that align with the company’s services, capabilities, and delivery capacity.
- Write and submit customized proposals that address client requirements and highlight relevant value and experience.
- Review project scope, budgets, timelines, and client profiles to assess opportunity fit before bidding.
- Maintain organized records of bids, responses, follow-ups, and outcomes, and share regular pipeline updates with the team.
- Coordinate with internal team members to gather project details, portfolio examples, and accurate answers for proposals.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients through the platform and support initial discussions until handoff.
The successful candidate will combine careful research, persuasive writing, consistency, and sound judgment to help convert suitable opportunities into qualified conversations.
