We are seeking an Operations and Marketing professional to help coordinate day-to-day execution and strengthen marketing activities across current ventures in Karachi. This role suits an organized, adaptable contributor who can move between project coordination, campaign support, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and deliverables across multiple active projects and follow up with relevant teams to keep work on track.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives for the company’s ventures.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research, organize findings, and help identify opportunities to improve outreach.
- Maintain project records, marketing calendars, status reports, and campaign performance data.
- Assist with preparing briefs, presentations, and internal updates for stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements to support consistent execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely completion of agreed tasks.
