SEO And Conversion Specialist (Remote / On-Site – Multiple Openings) Job in Selectandwork Lahore, Pakistan
We are hiring several SEO and Conversion Specialists, remote and on-site. Success is measured in orders and revenue, not clicks or impressions. Bring UK shoppers who are ready to buy to clients’ sites and make sure nothing stops them on the way to checkout.
Duties:
- Finding commercial and transactional keywords UK buyers actually search for, matching them to the right product, category and landing pages
- Running technical and content SEO audits, then fixing what matters most for revenue first
- Improving product and category pages for search intent and conversion: titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal links and calls to action
- Building trust with UK shoppers through clear GBP pricing, delivery and returns information, and verified reviews
- Spotting where visitors drop off between search and checkout, and fixing it
- Planning and running CRO and A/B tests, keeping clear records of what worked and what did not
- Earning quality links through UK digital PR and honest, ethical outreach
- Setting up GA4, Search Console and GTM conversion tracking in line with UK GDPR and PECR
- Making sure content and claims follow ASA/CAP and CMA guidelines
- Reporting on organic orders, conversion rate, revenue per visit and CPA
Success measured by: organic orders and revenue, conversion rate from organic traffic, revenue per organic session, ranking growth on high-intent keywords, and checkout completion rates.
