Role and company
Regal Realms is a London property and short-term rental business seeking an experienced individual freelancer for Trustpilot management and Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business). You must personally deliver the work and communicate directly with us. No agencies, resellers or undisclosed outsourcing. If you specialise in one platform, state which one.

Responsibilities

• Start with an audit and a prioritised action plan.
• Build a process for inviting genuine customers to leave honest reviews, draft professional review responses, and flag reviews only where evidence shows a breach of platform rules.
• Improve eligible Google Business Profile information, categories, services, photos and local visibility.
• Report work completed and profile performance.

Work methods
Use methods that follow Google and Trustpilot rules. No purchased or fabricated reviews, incentives for reviews, review gating, impersonation or guaranteed removals/rankings. Explain your methods and what depends on customer participation or platform decisions.

Engagement and compensation
Remote freelance/contract role: an initial audit with potential ongoing management. Flexible delivery, agreed milestones and scheduled communication during UK business hours. The advertised monthly budget is PKR 50,000-70,000, based around the Pakistan SEO-specialist salary benchmark; workload, scope and final fees will be agreed separately. Please quote the audit and ongoing management separately in GBP (£), with estimated hours and any tool costs.
