International Delivery Express Pvt. Ltd. (IDE Logistics) is an Islamabad-headquartered courier and cargo company helping individuals, businesses, and e-commerce sellers ship parcels and commercial consignments to the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe. Its services include international parcel delivery, air cargo, shipment documentation, tracking support, and door-to-door shipping solutions. IDE Logistics is seeking a Sales & Recovery Executive to develop customer relationships and support timely collection of outstanding payments.

The successful candidate will promote suitable shipping services, maintain an active sales pipeline, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to progress shipments and resolve account matters.

• Identify and approach prospective business, e-commerce, and individual customers, and explain relevant courier and cargo services.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, negotiate service terms within company guidelines, and work toward sales targets.
• Maintain customer records, sales activity, shipment requests, and follow-up schedules accurately.
• Monitor customer balances and invoices; contact clients professionally to arrange payment and recover overdue amounts.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support regarding documentation, tracking enquiries, delivery updates, and service concerns.
• Escalate complex complaints or payment disputes and document agreed actions through resolution.
• Share regular updates on sales performance, collections, customer feedback, and market opportunities with management.
