International Business Development & Commercial Operations Manager Job in Voltix Islamabad, Pakistan

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field; MBA is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, automotive, e-mobility, logistics, fleet or a related industry
• Excellent English communication skill
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills
• Confident with LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and cold outreach
• Highly organized, persistent and proactive
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• International business experience is a strong advantage
• Engineering + strong commercial/sales experience is particularly interesting to us

Compensation:
PKR 175,000–225,000/month + performance-based commission
Exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher package.

This is not a traditional administrative or virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who can actively find opportunities, develop customers, build the sales pipeline and contribute to Voltix’s international growth.
