We are seeking a Karachi-based Sales Representative to connect prospective learners with practical English programs suited to their goals.
In this role, you will guide interested prospects through the academy’s offerings, understand their learning needs, and support them from initial inquiry through enrollment. You will represent the academy professionally and help prospective students make informed decisions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective learners and explain relevant programs, lesson formats, and enrollment steps.
- Ask questions to understand each learner’s English goals, experience, schedule, and preferred learning outcomes.
- Recommend suitable courses, including options focused on beginner English, everyday communication, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Follow up with prospective students, address questions or concerns, and maintain clear records of interactions and sales progress.
- Work toward agreed sales and enrollment targets while delivering a helpful, learner-focused experience.
- Share recurring prospect feedback and market insights with the team to improve outreach and program presentation.
