Job Overview:
Join the internal production team in Pakistan to prepare and revise drawings used for Ontario building permit applications and related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare professional 2D AutoCAD drawings from site measurements, sketches, markups, photographs, PDFs, and instructions.
- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, site plans, demolition plans, and details.
- Convert field measurements into accurate CAD drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client, project manager, municipal, and engineering comments.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, blocks, title blocks, and templates.
- Prepare existing-condition and proposed-condition drawings.
- Work on residential projects and related building permit documentation.
