Theo
+++ The New York venture capitalist Insight Partners and Blackrock are investing 25 million euros (debt and equity capital) in Theo, most recently known as Hallo Theo. The Berlin-based PropTech, founded in 2023 by Jona Schaeffer as Dao, not only digitizes property management, but is increasingly relying on AI, which takes on operational tasks such as tenant communication, repair management, invoice approval and accounting. According to the company, the platform now manages more than 25,000 apartments. Insight Partners already invested 10 million euros in Theo at the beginning of 2025. Fusion Bionic
+++ Stream Capital, TGFS Technology Founder Fund Saxony (TGFS), Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Sachsen (MBG) and the (SBG) – Sächsische Beteiligungsgesellschaft are investing 5.8 million euros in Fusion Bionic. In addition, there are 2.4 million euros from “two large industrial projects”. The Dresden DeepTech startup, founded in 2021, relies on “industrial surface functionalization using DLIP technology”. Specifically, the company develops “modular laser systems and process solutions for industries such as glass, semiconductors, photovoltaics, automotive and consumer electronics”. Nomerra
+++ The Swiss FinTech investor 14Peaks Capital, Redstone and business angels are investing $2 million in Nomerra. The FinTech from Berlin, founded in 2025 by Johannes Gibendorfer and Jakob Zacherl, automates workflows in the private market business with the help of AI agents. The platform processes documents, uses existing systems and takes on tasks along defined processes in order to relieve asset managers and financial service providers. More about Nomerra
Entryzero
+++ The Cologne investor Neoteq Ventures, NRW.BANK, ATIMON Invest, konus invest and other business angels are investing an undisclosed sum in Entryzero. The young company from Bochum, founded in 2024 by Mohamad Sbeiti and Samet Gökbayrak, offers digital resilience through automation. “For organizations with increasingly complex IT landscapes and overburdened security teams, Entryzero offers an AI wingman to scale resources,” explains the company. MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
KoRo – seedtrace
+++ The Berlin food grow-up KoRo is taking over (acquiring the IP) the Berlin supply chain startup seedtrace. “The aim of the acquisition is to provide consumers with detailed insights into complex supply chains while at the same time being prepared for upcoming regulatory requirements,” the company said about the takeover. The startup, founded by Katharina Davids and Ana Haberbosch, recently raised 2 million euros – from Alpha Ventures, Twip and Futury Capital, among others. More about KoRo.
Rauch – Kloster Kitchen
+++ The Austrian fruit juice manufacturer Rauch takes over the insolvent ginger shot startup Kloster Kitchen – see also aboutdrinks. The Reichenschwand-based company, founded by Mario Fürst in 2015, slipped into bankruptcy in April. As was reported, the shareholders were previously unable to agree on further financing. Kloster Kitchen’s investors in recent years have included BayBG, the Intro Group around the entrepreneur Hans Rudolf Wöhrl and the fruit juice manufacturer Eckes-Granini, which exited in 2022. In addition to ginger shots, the young company recently also sold organic juices, organic smoothies and micronutrient concentrates. In 2025, Kloster Kitchen had sales of around 10 million euros.
