
Startups fail not because of the wrong idea or a difficult market, but because of the wrong founding team. At least that’s what Eva de Mol thinks. She is a professor of entrepreneurship at Erasmus University Rotterdam and a partner at CapitalT, one of the leading Dutch VC funds with a focus on climate tech and the future of work. De Mol is also the author of the book “Deal with it,” in which she provides insights into the rules, networks and power structures of the startup and VC world.
