More and more German university towns are establishing themselves as startup strongholds – including this beautiful little town Heidelberg. Heidelberg Epignostix, launched in 2022, wants to change cancer diagnostics through data science. “The company has developed novel AI-based bioinformatics algorithms with utility in cancer classification for improved accuracy in cancer diagnosis, prognosis and therapy management,” it says about the concept.
