It’s time for new startups again! Here are some very fresh companies that everyone should know. Today we introduce these young companies: Verto, Aenders, ScyAI, mirasu and Mardu.

deutsche-startups.de is once again presenting some young startups that have recently launched in the last few weeks and months, as well as companies that have recently woken up from stealth mode. By the way: There are even more new startups in our newsletter Startup Radar.
Verto
Verto from Frankfurt am Main is a digital property management company that thinks about “real estate management as a platform for property – not just as operating cost accounting”. “From property management to rental management to special property management – we offer tailor-made solutions for every need,” say the team of founders Maximilian Schaper and Philipp Zeyer.
Different
The young company Aenders from Berlin, founded by Caroline Thiel and Kathrin Ridder, focuses on “pure nutritional supplements for women”, specifically “high-quality formulations with carefully selected micronutrients”. In addition, the startup wants to build a community with a “support system geared toward women.”
ScyAI
The still new startup ScyAI from Zurich, founded by Bernhard Rannegger, makes AI-supported risk intelligence accessible to companies with large real asset holdings.
mirasu
Behind mirasu from Bielefeld, launched by Mia Feldmann and Max Pollmeyer, is an AI-supported action assistant for hospitals. This assistant “helps those responsible for sustainability and management to plan concrete projects – with transparent time expenditure, personnel requirements, costs and savings,” explains the team.
Mardu
Mardu from Karlsruhe, founded by Luca Schöneberg and Erik Frey, designs networked, smart access systems for construction sites, workshops and laboratories. These are “flexible, radio-based solutions for access and access control”. “All end devices are networked via radio and are highly fail-safe thanks to dual-band mesh technology,” explains the startup.
