It’s time for new startups again! Here are some very fresh companies that everyone should know. Today we introduce these young companies: peeps, Zelara, MARIMET, encosa and Whaaat AI.

deutsche-startups.de is once again presenting some young startups that have recently launched in the last few weeks and months, as well as companies that have recently woken up from stealth mode. By the way: There are even more new startups in our newsletter Startup Radar.
peeps
The “social club” peeps from Würzburg, founded by Sophia Fries, helps to “combat loneliness among young people”. “With peeps you can easily and spontaneously meet new friends at events in real life,” say the creators of the app.
Zelara
Behind Zelara from Berlin, founded by Stagelink founder Nikolas Schriefer and Björn Heckel, most recently Vice President of Engineering at HelloFresh, is an “AI-supported system for tailor-made communication”. The startup promises “brand-compliant messages for each individual customer”.
MARIMET
The DeepTech MARIMET from Neuss, launched by Konstantin Golokteev and Nikita Lisitsyn, combines electromagnetic surveying, signal analysis and 3D geological modeling to convert data from ocean exploration into decision-ready insights.
encosa
encosa from Munich takes care of battery storage solutions for companies. “With a complete solution consisting of planning, financing, installation and operation, encosa enables energy-intensive companies to reduce their energy costs and generate additional revenue from the marketing of storage systems,” says the concept of the company set up by Sascha Koberstaedt and Sebastian Becker.
Whaaat AI
The young company Whaaat AI from Berlin, founded by the zanox creators Thomas Hessler, Jens Hewald and Lars Schulze, relies on AI agents when it comes to marketing. “Instead of a single generalist, various AI agents take on clearly defined tasks – for example for LinkedIn, PR, SEO,” says the concept.
