deutsche-startups.de today once again presents a selection of young startups that were founded in the past weeks and months or have recently emerged from stealth mode. By the way, there are even more exciting start-ups in our newsletter Startup Radar.
MARGINOS
MARGINOS from Munich is an “inventory margin operating system for car dealerships”. The startup, founded by Patrick Maghazehi, offers an operational decision-making system for the automotive trade that shows for each vehicle “when intervention is necessary and what specifically needs to be done to secure margins and capital”.
Cognee
The Berlin startup Cognee, founded by Vasilije Markovic, is developing a “memory engine for AI applications and AI agents”. The team further explains the idea: “By combining knowledge graphs, semantic representations, and persistent memory, Cognee enables AI to retain context, reason over connected information, and operate reliably over time.”
Octoclaw
OctoClaw from Karlsruhe makes autonomous AI agents accessible to non-technical people. “Based on the open source project OpenClaw, OctoClaw offers a fully managed service: users get their own AI agent in 30 seconds that runs around the clock,” said the team of founders Daniel Roedler and Marc Mengler.
Culinu
The young company Culinu from Frankfurt am Main, founded by Julian Obermeier and Maximilian Werner, offers the “first AI for nursing home kitchens” with Küchenzauber. “The AI that understands catering. Your right hand. The beating heart of your kitchens,” the page reads.
Quickly
At Quickly from Meerbusch, founded by Lindiana Asani and Saimir Asani, everything revolves around cookies. “With Quickly, we bring handmade, frozen cookie dough blanks to supermarkets. So you can treat yourself to an oven-fresh premium cookie in just a few minutes – quick, easy & damn tasty,” says the company.
